  • The Story of Obsessive Attachment

Everyone who knew him could see it: obsessive attachment had become the center of his life. It was as if he had no identity of his own, as if his entire existence was bound to the other person.

The very first thought upon waking was of them. Throughout the day, his mind was constantly occupied with them. He checked his phone repeatedly, followed their activity on social media. This intense focus was the very definition of what psychology calls limerence.

Even when meeting friends, the conversation always drifted back to them. If a message didn’t arrive, he grew anxious; even the smallest delay felt like a sign of rejection. The growing anxiety inside him was less about love and more about obsessive infatuation.

Jealousy, possessiveness, and constant monitoring began to wear down the relationship. Yet he was unaware, because he had surrendered his entire being to this bond. He was hypersensitive to rejection, experiencing even the slightest distance as a crisis.

Watching him, one could see how obsessive attachment slowly consumes a person. What remained was not love, but dependency and anxiety.

  • Wasted Feelings

Sacrificing yourself for a relationship is something very few people dare to do. When we witness such sacrifices, when we see people who seem to love us more than our own family, we often panic. Because it is not easy to distinguish whether what we see is genuine love or a hidden intention.

Sometimes a city is changed, sometimes a new item is bought just for that person. All of this is done for a few minutes of shared happiness. Yet the feelings left behind by unreciprocated sacrifices gradually become a burden.

Whether these efforts stem from love or obsession is uncertain, but when the other side does not value them, they only turn into disappointment. Wasted feelings are born mostly from ignoring one’s own worth. Because emotions that are not reciprocated eventually consume the person from within.

  • Returning to Someone Who Disregards Your Feelings

One of the hardest questions in relationships is whether you would go back to someone who doesn’t value your feelings. Experience teaches us that without respect and empathy, a healthy bond cannot exist. Once your emotions have been ignored, the likelihood of it happening again is high.

On the other hand, the hopeful side of the heart brings forward the thought: “Maybe this time it will be different.” Inexperience can lead someone to overlook the risks and give a second chance.

In the end, reason says “don’t go,” while the heart whispers “maybe.” What truly matters is recognizing your own boundaries and learning to step away when your feelings are not respected.

  • Trust in Relationships: Invisible but Felt

    Trust in Relationships

Trust is the cornerstone of relationships. Like love, it cannot be seen but is deeply felt in the heart. Trust is not only about what you make someone feel; it is built through your actions, words, and consistency. Yet lying, avoiding problems, and showing indifference break trust and weaken love.

When trust is broken in a relationship, the other person’s emotions are hurt as well. Instead of asking, “Why did this person act this way, what did they feel, what did I do?”, avoiding the issue only makes the problem grow. Covering up conflicts instead of solving them silently consumes the relationship.

Often, one partner sees the other as their priority, putting their happiness above their own. The other, however, thinks only of themselves, treating their partner as someone who is merely “there when needed.” This imbalance weakens both trust and love.

Not being jealous does not always mean a lack of love; more often, it reflects trust and self-confidence. But if the other person interprets this as indifference, communication breaks down. Likewise, not showing love can lead to trust being misunderstood.

The solutions are simple, but they require courage:

    • Self-reflection: Asking, “What did I do that made my partner feel this way?”
    • Discussing problems: Choosing open communication instead of covering things up.
    • Showing love: Expressing value through even small gestures.
    • Rebuilding trust: Restoring it with honesty and consistency.

In the end, trust is an invisible bond in relationships. When combined with love, it strengthens the connection; when broken by lies and indifference, even the strongest ties can collapse. Facing problems, showing love, and rebuilding trust are the only paths to a healthy relationship.

  • Betrayal and the True Face of Emotions

Betrayal is often thought of only as cheating or lying. Yet true betrayal is the deception of our emotions. It is when someone shows us a different face, making us believe in a sincerity that never truly existed.

One of the greatest misconceptions in human relationships is the expectation that love will always be mutual. When we love someone, we assume they will love us back. But love can be one-sided. Wanting to possess something does not mean it will belong to us. Our emotions may desire someone, while that person may not desire us in return.

Over time, new people enter our lives. Perhaps the emotions we once gave to someone who did not reciprocate are later felt toward us by another. In this shift, roles change: the one who once gave feelings to the wrong person may now become the wrong person for someone else.

This cycle is part of the nature of human relationships. Sometimes we waste our emotions on the wrong person, and sometimes others waste theirs on us. This does not diminish our value; it simply means the right match has not yet occurred.

No relationship is perfect. Flaws, gaps, and excesses are part of the natural flow of emotions. Betrayal, disappointment, and rebirth are inevitable stops along the journey of the heart.

  • Even If We Stay Silent, Our Hearts Speak

    The Cry of Suppressed Emotions

We may think we are silent, but in truth we are always speaking. Our hearts ache, our bodies are affected. The longing for what we love and the emotions we suppress always rule over us. Even while living in silence, those feelings guide us, consume us from within.

Yet the smallest thing can hurt us. A simple word, a trivial event, an ordinary moment… When combined with the weight of suppressed emotions, it shatters us completely. At that moment, the burden inside us overflows and turns into tears. Crying is, in fact, the release of our silent scream.

Even if we stay silent, our hearts speak. The longing, the pain, and the suppressed feelings inside us will eventually reveal themselves. And when that moment comes, our tears remind us: instead of suppressing our emotions, we must accept them, share them, and live them. True healing begins by giving space to our feelings. Silence can be powerful, but the voice of the heart is always louder.
